ArtFest Midwest ‘The Other Art Show’ is held the same weekend as the Des Moines Arts Festival and will feature Iowa and regional artists. Over 220 artists will be participating. This year, approximately 40% are from Iowa, and 90% of all show artists are from the Midwest! ArtFest Midwest is offered as an alternative, affordable art show— a complement to the downtown show.
