PLC performs a mixture of folk and urban music from all over Latin America. The Des Moines-based band performs throughout the Midwest, bringing an exciting Latin flavor and (almost always) salsa dancing to every show they play.

The PLC2PR Project took PLC to San Juan, Puerto Rico to record 9 original compositions over 6 days at Playbach studios with Latin Grammy award winning engineers Ramon Martinez and Carlos Velazques. PLC, spent over 64 hours to complete the recording with musicians hailing from Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico and the Midwest. This project was funded in part by the Iowa Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.
